You have probably noticed when you try to call us. It is very busy on the phone. Especially on Monday mornings, it is difficult to reach us. There are many people who need our help. That is not a bad thing, because that is what we are there for. However, we are also often called about issues where the GP does not need to be involved at all.
The next time you have a question and you are not sure whether it should be addressed to the GP (or the assistant), check out this site. It probably saves a lot of phone calls, making us more accessible to people who really need a doctor. It also pays to ask yourself whether you really need to call on Monday or whether it can wait until later in the week, when it is often quieter.
Finally, call before noon to make an appointment, request results or consult with the assistant. From 15.00 to 17.00, we can only be reached for matters that cannot wait until the next working day. This not only applies to the telephone, but we are also unable to help you at the reception desk. From now on, we will no longer make appointments at the front desk.
