Make an appointment.
All consultations - including those with the doctor's assistants - are by appointment. 15 minutes are reserved for an appointment. Do you have several complaints or are you coming with several people? You can tell the assistant when making an appointment. If it is not urgent, the assistant may suggest coming later in the week.
In case of urgency: select 1 in the telephone selection menu.
Make an appointment by phone
The doctor’s assistant is available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 10:30 and from 11:00 to 12:00 at 0297 – 32 78 01 to make an appointment. During the phone call, you will be asked about the reason for your contact. This allows the assistant to properly assess whether it is urgent, how much time is needed, and who can best help you. The doctor's assistant is trained to do this and (like the GP) is obliged to treat your information confidentially.
Make an appointment online
You can via our patient portal Book an appointment easily online. Log in with your DigiD, book an appointment and view or cancel your existing appointments. We ask you to describe your complaint in as much detail as possible, so that we can help you as best we can.
Are you unexpectedly unable to attend your appointment?
Please notify the assistant no later than 24 hours in advance. The appointment will be cancelled and you can usually make a new appointment immediately. No “no show” fee will be charged.
If you did not show up, we will charge a rate of €25.00 for a single consultation and €50.00 for a double consultation. A rate of € 50.00 will be charged for an appointment for the practice counsellor (somatic/ mental health). Finally, with them, long consultations or conversations are reserved for you.
