New patient portal: HealthApp goes live on 31 August

Want to book an appointment, send a message to the surgery or view your medical records? From now on, you can easily do all this online using HealthApp, our surgery’s new patient portal. HealthApp replaces the previous portal, MijnGezondheid.net, and offers a secure and user-friendly way to get in touch with us online.

You can access the portal via your computer, tablet or smartphone. You do not need to download an app to do so.

What can you do with HealthApp?

With HealthApp, you can:

Book and view appointments online
Sending secure messages to the surgery
Viewing your medical records

This means you no longer need to make a phone call for many matters, and your healthcare details are always at your fingertips.

The HealthApp will be further expanded in the coming period. It will then be possible to view lab results and readings, request repeat prescriptions and book online consultations.
