New patient portal: HealthApp is now live!

Want to book an appointment, send a message to the surgery or view your medical records? You can do all that from 31 August easily online via HealthApp, our practice’s new patient portal. HealthApp replaces the previous portal, MijnGezondheid.net, and offers a secure and user-friendly way to get in touch with us online.

What can you do with HealthApp?

With HealthApp, you can:

• Book and view appointments online
• Sending secure messages to the surgery
• Viewing your medical records

This means you no longer need to make a phone call for many matters, and your healthcare details are always at your fingertips.

You can access the portal via your computer, tablet or smartphone. You do not need to download an app to do so.

Activate your account

To use HealthApp, you’ll need to activate your account once. Have you used MijnGezondheid.net before? If so, we’ll ask you to switch to HealthApp and activate your new account.
