About the practice

Westeinder GP Practice is a well-organised and entrepreneurial practice. We provide high-quality primary care and are committed to collaboration, innovation and education.

The team consists of: 3 GPs, 2 POH-somatic, 1 POH-GGZ, 1 POH-Juvenile, 5 practice assistants, a trainee GP and a practice manager.

Practice characteristics:

• Training practice for general practitioners and doctors' assistants
• NHG-accredited since 2009
• Integrated primary care through the district partnership with well-developed chain care around chronic diseases(Asthma, COPD, DM, HVZ) and population-based programmes (fall prevention and depression/anxiety)
• Home information system (HIS): Medicom, from March Health Connected
• Member of Hagro Aalsmeer and part of the Huisartsen Coöperatie Amstelland
• GP service via HAP Amstelveen
• Patient population: ±6,000
• Also provide GP care to 100 residents of Ons Tweede Thuis

Job description

As a GP at Westeinder General Practice:

• Work 3 days a week in a collegial team
• Together with the 3 permanent GPs, you will take care of ±6,000 patients
• Think and actively collaborate on improvements within the practice
• Are you involved in developing and implementing new initiatives

We are looking for a GP who:

• Available at least 3 days a week
• Proactively participates in change and takes initiative
• Enjoys working in a team
