From 13 May 2025, the district care organisations in Aalsmeer will work together in a new, efficient way to make district care faster and more available to residents who need support at home. From now on, the organisations Amstelring, Zorgcentrum Meerlanden, Zorggroep Aalsmeer, Buurtzorg, ActiVite and Carpe Diem will jointly distribute all district care requests through a central registration point.
The central registration point is intended for residents of postcodes 1424, 1431, 1432, 1433, 1436, 1437 and 1438. Do you live outside this area? Then contact the district care organisation in your area.
