Retrieved from 20 March 2026 our GP practice will start working with a new GP Information System (HIS). This is the computer system in which we keep your medical records. The switch is necessary to continue providing good, safe and efficient care in the future.
Accessibility
On Friday 20 March and Monday 23 March, the practice is only available for emergencies.
Outside these days, we are available as usual.
Patient portal (MijnGezondheid.net)
The current MijnGezondheid.net (MGn) portal is ending. After 20 March, your login details will no longer work. The region is looking at a new portal. As soon as more is known about this, we will let you know immediately.
Repeat prescriptions
Are you using medicines that will run out around 20 March? Then request your repeat prescription by 18 March at the latest. This will prevent you from being temporarily without medication.
Privacy
Your medical data will be securely and carefully transferred to the new system. This is done according to all the rules of privacy legislation (AVG).
In the week of 23 March, processing questions or requests may take slightly longer, as our staff still needs to get used to the new system. Waiting times on the phone or at the counter may also be longer than you are used to. We ask for your understanding.
